Ramayana Trailer to Release Worldwide on July 30

Ramayana Trailer: However, all these things will soon come to an end since the creators of this film have announced that the trailer of Ramayana, which is perhaps one of the most ambitious movies in the history of Indian cinema, will be released on Thursday, July 30, at 4:15 am IST during Brahma Muhurat. Fans of the movie, who had been eagerly waiting for it, are again excited about the announcement.

In their Instagram post, they said, "At the auspicious Brahma Muhurat, we welcome the dawn of Ramayana with our trailer on 30th July 2026, Thursday, at 4:15 am IST worldwide." This is the time when people will get their first glimpse of how this film will actually be.

Originally, the trailer was supposed to be released on July 24, but producer Namit Malhotra has postponed the event because he announced that there has been made a collaboration with Sony Pictures Entertainment. According to him, this collaboration will allow presenting the film on a similar scale as Hollywood movies.

Namit Malhotra had earlier said that it would be an honor for Indian cinema to showcase Ramayana across the globe, which will allow people all over the world to discover India's rich culture and beautiful tales. The filmmaker also expressed gratitude to the fans and added that the film aims to depict the stories of Indian mythology on the grandest possible platform.

Ramayana, helmed by Nitesh Tiwari, features Ranbir Kapoor as Lord Ram and Yash as Ravana. The cast of the movie also includes Sai Pallavi as Sita, Sunny Deol as Hanuman, and Ravie Dubey as Lakshman. It is one of the most powerful casts assembled for any film in Indian cinema recently.

According to reports, the movie has been made on an extremely large budget of around ₹4,000 crore for both parts together, and thus, it is one of the most expensive film projects ever produced in India. Talking about the film, Namit Malhotra had earlier shared that the filmmakers have taken several years to develop Ramayana without compromising on its quality.

Ramayana is planned as a two-part epic. The first instalment is scheduled for a worldwide theatrical release in October 2026, ahead of Diwali, while the second part is expected to hit theatres during Diwali 2027. With the trailer set to arrive on July 30, fans across the globe are eagerly waiting to witness the first glimpse of what is expected to be one of the biggest Indian films ever made.
