Bigg Boss 20, episode 19, was filled with conflict as the captainship task led to a fiery argument between Rhiti Tiwari and Uditi Singh. While it all began as a diss battle, soon, personal equations and ego, along with the sense of rejection, became important elements of the argument. Bigg Boss gave a battle task between Rhiti and Uditi, but Uditi did not want to take part in the same. Instead, she nominated Qazi Touqeer to speak on her behalf. Bigg Boss accepted her decision but said that the diss was meant for Uditi.

Rhiti and Uditi Diss Battle Gets Very Competitive

As the assignment proceeded, things began to get heated up. The diss by Rhiti was quite muted on various occasions while Qazi responded to what he heard with the statement “That’s dirty.” Uditi also seemed uncomfortable with how the whole battle was progressing and decided to leave the stage. As Qazi got inspired by her response, he told everybody to stop by saying, “Band karo ye sab.” Soon the situation developed into a fierce argument between Rhiti, Uditi and Qazi and there were even a few other housemates who joined the debate. Despite all the commotion, the captaincy task could not be stopped as Rhiti won the battle when Gullu gave the point to Gang Yung and Team Yung proceeded with the captaincy challenge. Further, Rhiti later clarified herself to Aman Gandhi as she claimed that her comments were rhyming with the diss.

Take on the Rhiti and Qazi Feud from Mahi Vij

An alternate point of view was provided by Mahi Vij regarding the clash between the two contestants. In her point of view, Rhiti’s displeasure with the show may not just be limited to Uditi. Mahi felt that the increasing popularity of Qazi and his “rockstar” attitude may also be causing her frustration. This provided an extra dimension to the confrontation. What seemed like a mere conflict related to the task at hand was possibly also an indication of how the contestants viewed themselves and their status in the show. In fact, at a later stage, Rhiti made it clear that she was more than just a singer. She brought up the fact that she was also a composer and lyricist.

Another big event on Bigg Boss 20 Episode 19 is the comeback of the Rejection Stamp, which was a part of a different season of the same show. Contestants had to fight for their captaincy while other participants would reject contestants for the captaincy competition.

This episode wasn't all about securing a captaincy point. It brought to light the emotional differences of the contestants. Rhiti seemed hell-bent on proving that she shouldn't have to be compared to other people, while Uditi walked out feeling that the diss had gone overboard. Qazi defended Uditi once he found the whole exchange distasteful, while Mahi tried to understand the underlying relationship between Rhiti and Qazi. On the other hand, the Rejection Stamp introduced an extra pressure point, since contestants had to deal with how other contestants perceived them becoming a captain in the future. On the whole, the episode was packed with yelling, disagreements, and personal clashes.
