Sankalp Solanki grew up in a small village in Madhya Pradesh, where life revolved around farming, patience, and hard work. His father still works as a farmer, and those early years shaped the values that continue to guide every business decision he makes today. Before stepping into construction, Sankalp built his career in technology and software engineering. That experience taught him how complicated challenges could be simplified through systems, structured thinking, and disciplined execution.

Yet something continued to bother him. While construction remained one of India's biggest industries, it was still filled with uncertainty, scattered responsibilities, rising costs, and frustrated clients. He believed people deserved a better experience when building their homes, hotels, commercial spaces, or long-term investments. That belief became the foundation for MyScaai Bharat Construction Pvt Ltd.

For Sankalp, entering the construction industry was never simply about changing careers. It was about solving a problem that affected millions of people. He watched families begin construction with excitement, only to lose confidence as projects moved through different contractors, architects, consultants, suppliers, and designers. Responsibility often disappeared the moment something went wrong.

He kept asking himself one question. Why should a client become a construction expert just to complete their own property?

That question shaped everything his company would later stand for. Instead of asking clients to manage multiple agencies, MyScaai Bharat was created to take responsibility from the first conversation until the final handover of the keys.

Today, the company works across premium residences, luxury villas, commercial developments, hospitality projects, institutional buildings, and real estate developments across India. It also partners with landowners, investors, hospitality brands, and developers through different business models.

Rather than treating construction as separate departments working independently, Sankalp believes every stage should move together with accountability and clarity. He wants clients to remember the confidence they felt during the journey, not just admire the completed building. That thinking has helped the company build its presence in luxury construction and real estate across multiple cities.

His background in technology still influences the company every day. Digital systems are used across planning, budgeting, procurement, monitoring, documentation, quality checks, financial controls, and communication with clients. Technology, in his view, should never exist only because it looks modern. It must solve everyday construction challenges and make buildings easier to manage after completion.

Smart lighting, intelligent security, climate controls, energy monitoring, automation, and connected building management are becoming regular parts of many projects. As Sankalp says, "Technology must ultimately make two things better: the construction process and the completed asset."

Trust remains the material he values most. Concrete, steel, and glass create buildings, but trust creates lasting relationships. Every project begins with detailed discussions around timelines, commercial terms, specifications, approvals, responsibilities, and deliverables so clients understand exactly where they stand.

The company also introduced its Price Locking Model, designed to reduce one of the biggest financial concerns construction clients face. Families can spend a significant portion of their savings building a home, while developers depend on predictable budgets to keep projects profitable. By investing more time in planning, estimation, procurement, and cost calculations before work begins, the company seeks to reduce financial surprises during construction. For many clients, that peace of mind becomes just as valuable as the building itself.

Building MyScaai Bharat was far from easy. The biggest challenge was not finding customers. Demand already existed. The difficult part was creating a business that could deliver consistently across different cities, suppliers, consultants, labour teams, and project categories.

Coming from a modest background without an established business network also meant every lesson had to be learned through experience. There were setbacks, corrections, and difficult phases that tested his patience. Still, the lessons from farming stayed close.

"A farmer doesn't abandon his field because one season was hard. He sows again, and believes again."

Those words continue to shape the culture inside his company.

Expansion across India has brought another challenge. Every city comes with different regulations, weather conditions, labour markets, customer expectations, and supply chains. Sankalp believes consistency should never disappear as a company grows. Whether a project is located in Bengaluru, Jaipur, Hyderabad, Bhopal, Dehradun, or Mysore, clients should receive the same standard of professionalism, quality, and accountability.

At the same time, every location deserves planning that respects local conditions instead of forcing identical methods everywhere. That balance allows the company to maintain its identity while adapting to regional needs.

The future Sankalp imagines reaches far beyond constructing buildings. He wants MyScaai Bharat to become one of India's most trusted luxury construction and real estate companies while carrying Indian expertise to international markets. Residential communities, hotels, resorts, commercial developments, joint ventures, and large mixed-use projects all form part of that ambition.

Yet his biggest goal remains surprisingly simple. He wants people to hear the company's name and immediately feel confidence that their investment, their dreams, and their property will be handled with honesty and complete accountability.

As he says, "Your beginnings may explain your struggle, but they should never decide the size of your future."

For someone who began life in a farming village and chose one of India's most demanding industries, that belief continues to guide every new chapter.
