TCS

Also, TCS would be under the limelight of investors due to the approval of the board regarding the acquisition of 100 per cent equity share of MHP Management- und IT-Beratung GmbH, an IT consultancy firm and a subsidiary of Porsche AG. The deal carries an enterprise value of €320 million. The deal would help TCS expand their presence within the automotive technology environment.

Nitco

Nitco has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with HOABL Impactum Land Private Limited for the joint development of land in Alibaug. As per the company, this deal is likely to provide about ₹1,300-1,500 crore worth of consideration over a five-year period. Suzlon Energy
